Scott Foley

President

Scott Foley grew up in Beloit, WI and started his career in construction as a carpenter. In 1987 he made the decision to deliver his high quality of work at a fair price and provide the top-notch customer service he believes in. Following his dream, he created Ultimate Construction.

Today, one of Scott's own sons works for Ultimate Construction with plans to one day take over operations.

Scott is passionate about public service and helping area youths and others. He has:

• Served on the Committee for Cottage Grove Facility of Public Works and the Cottage Grove Zoning Variance Committee for three years each.
• Sponsored and organized five golf outings to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
• Served as a Special Olympics coach for five years.
• Coached, and been involved with, Monona Pee-Wee football since 1996 and Monona Eagles football since 2000.
• Served as president of the Monona Grove High School football boosters for five years.
