The Company

In 1987, Scott Foley, a carpenter with nearly 20 years of experience working for area contractors, wanted to deliver his high quality work at a fair price and provide the top-notch customer service he believes in. He followed his dream and created Ultimate Construction.

Scott and Ultimate Construction are committed to:

Certifications & Memberships

Certified with the Wisconsin 'Lead-Safe' program which is dedicated to removing lead based hazards from homes across Wisconsin. Lead-Safe certified contractors receive training on the correct methods for removal and disposal of lead based materials.

Ultimate Construction is also a member of the US Department of Housing & Urban Development. HUD's mission is to create strong, sustainable, inclusive communities and quality affordable homes for all.

Partnered with ENERGY STAR, a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy helping us all save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices.

Being an EPS authorized dealer, Ultimate Construction can provide EPS pre-engineered building products from residential to agricultural, commercial, and industrial building systems.
